Today, It was rainy. I love rainy days. When I don't have to go anywhere, and can curl up and drink some hot tea. See, to begin with, I am not a morning person. So, when I woke up and noticed that it was dreary and windy, and that I needed to leave the house in 10 minutes.... I was not thrilled to say the least :) With a quick trip to Starbucks on my way to work, I was perked up a bit! Thank you COFFEE!
I babysat today, and then came home and worked on school, then I talked to BETSY!!! I was so excited! I really had missed talking to her. It is so hard to be 1200 miles away from your best friend. Betsy is going to have little Katie before I know it. I think her due date is 4 weeks away, or less. I just feel like I am missing out on so much. If I still lived where we were, I would live less than 10 minutes from Betsy. Sigh.... That is what a rainy, gloomy day will get you, sad.
ANYWAY, It semi-perked up my day to hear from her :)
Ohhh!! Some fun facts for all you Wisconsinites.... Tomorrow, Due to COLD (high 20 to 30 degree) weather, many Dell employees may not be going to work. hee hee... My dad got an email that said that Dell would keep the employees posted on the status of the workday... it's pretty funny..
My dad just laughed and laughed... These Texans do NOT know cold :)
