It's an old Norwegian thing, ya know?
Here in Texas, you can't find Lefse anywhere in stores. So thank you sweet Aunt Inez, for sharing the recipe... Because I am now addicted. (well, I have really enjoyed it always, but when you get a craving for something, it always tastes better!)
We have made it before, but not since moving to Texas. So, a few days ago, we broke out the rolling pin, lefse board and potatoes and made us some Lefse!
Needless to say, I am super excited to eat it. I don't know how much will be left over for Christmas! It was fun making it, even though it is a bit of a process. It tastes even better with all of that hard work.
