Quick comment real quick... My aunt, will eat green beans and loves them in fact yet will not eat any other bean on the planet. Not even try the yummy chili we made tonight. Any ideas why not? Just crazy if you ask me.
So, anyways.
As you know, we used to live on 10 acres in the country and had a huge garden. With lots of green beans. So we canned them. Well, they lasted for a while. But finally, we ran out. My grandparents and aunt drove down here with 2 crates of green beans, so we snapped, and snapped and snapped beans and then canned them!
We had a fun time with them! Kathleen and I don't mind snappin them, we enjoy watching a movie, while snapping.
oh yes, and the doggies love beans too!
So, we ended up canning 49 quarts. ;-)
